Who handles your data

The data controller is Bangherang Studio S.r.l., via Vincenzo Arangio Ruiz 83, 80122 Naples, Italy, VAT IT10045191219.

We have no data protection officer and are not required to have one. The studio answers directly for everything here.

What we collect

Little, and only when needed.

• If you message or call us: your phone number and what you tell us. This does not go through the site — the contact form sends nothing to our servers, it opens WhatsApp on your phone with the message already written. From then on WhatsApp's own notice applies alongside ours.
• If you email us: your address and the content of the message.
• While browsing: the server logs IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. That is how any web server works, it serves security, and those logs delete themselves.
• If you consent to statistics: anonymous data about which pages get read. No names, no addresses, no profiles.

We do not collect special categories of data, do no advertising profiling, and make no automated decisions about you.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To answer you — because you asked us to. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request, article 6.1.b.
• To run and protect the site — server logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest, article 6.1.f.
• To understand what gets read — anonymous statistics. Legal basis: your consent, article 6.1.a. You can withdraw it at any time, and without it the site works exactly the same.

For how long

• Messages and emails: as long as needed for the relationship, and no more than two years from the last contact if nothing comes of it.
• Server logs: thirty days.
• Statistics: up to fourteen months, anonymised.
• Tax documents, if we become your supplier: ten years, as Italian law requires.

Who else sees them

Nobody who does not need to. The data sits on our servers in Europe. Anyone helping us — the hosting company, the mail provider — is appointed processor in writing and may use it only for that.

We do not sell data, do not pass it on for marketing, and do not transfer it outside the European Union except for the services listed on the cookie page, which use the Commission's standard contractual clauses.

What you can ask

The Regulation gives you rights, and they are not a formality: we answer within thirty days.

• Know what we hold and get a copy (access, art. 15).
• Have it corrected if wrong (rectification, art. 16).
• Have it erased (art. 17).
• Restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interest (arts. 18 and 21).
• Receive it in a machine-readable format (portability, art. 20).
• Withdraw consent to statistics at any time, without telling us why.

If you think we are getting it wrong you can complain to the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it). But try writing to us first: it is usually sorted out in an afternoon.

Minors

This site addresses businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect their data.

If something changes

If we change this notice we change the date at the top. If the change is substantial — new data, new purposes — we tell you before it applies.

For any request about your data, write to info@bangherangstudio.it. We answer ourselves, within thirty days as the Regulation requires.
